 In1980, the founders began to provide services to people with disabilities as soon as they considered the increased need to relocate them. Renamed as " CI SHENG". Since then, the service area of our hospital has been divided into nursery school and hei zhi education center, providing 24-hour education maintenance service for vulnerable lives. Self-funded qizhi building provides professional services of higher quality for severely and severely disabled people in 1984. Therefore, the source of funding for CI SHENG is the property donation from the founder Dr. Yang Laoju, donations from charitable individuals, government grants, directors to jointly improve the quality of services.
